This web site is hosted by Dr. Ray Ellis, Leader of the Church Consulting Network FMCUSA. This is an interactive blog site to receive questions from church planters, pastors and church leaders concerning all issues involving the following: church health, church decline, staffing, finances, small groups, facilities, ministry programs and spiritual factors affecting local church ministries.
Dr. Ellis will also receive input from other Church Consultants for their responses to the various questions received. The following national consultants will participate from time to time: Dr. Gary McIntosh, Dr. Carl George, Dr. Bob Whitsel, Dr. Dan Reeves and others.
